Scope of Services

Aaratrika Minerals & Transport Private Limited provides logistics and transportation services including, but not limited to:

• Coal and mineral transportation by road and rail
• Road-cum-Rail (RCR) logistics
• Rail logistics management
• Coal crushing and rake loading services
• Bulk material logistics support

The exact scope, quantity, routes, timelines, and commercial terms shall be governed by mutually agreed work orders, contracts, or service agreements.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information related to material, quantity, loading points, and destination
• Ensure availability of material, permits, and site access as per agreed timelines
• Comply with statutory, safety, and regulatory requirements applicable at loading and unloading locations

Delays or disruptions caused due to non-availability of material, permissions, or site readiness shall not be attributable to the Company.

Pricing & Payment Terms

• Commercial terms shall be as agreed in the respective contract, work order, or invoice
• Payments must be made within the agreed credit period
• Delayed payments may attract interest or suspension of services, as mutually agreed
• All statutory taxes, duties, and levies applicable at the time of invoicing shall be charged extra unless stated otherwise

Safety & Compliance

Safety is a core value at Aaratrika Minerals & Transport Private Limited.

• We adhere to all applicable safety, statutory, and environmental regulations
• The Company shall not compromise safety standards for operational speed, cost, or deadlines
• Clients are expected to support and comply with all safety protocols during operations

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held responsible for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riots, strikes, government actions, or infrastructure failures.

Confidentiality

All commercial, operational, and business information shared between the Company and the client shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.

Termination

• Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice as per the terms agreed in the contract or work order
• Outstanding dues for services already rendered shall remain payable upon termination

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

Amendments

Aaratrika Minerals & Transport Private Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version shall be effective upon publication on the website.
